IMPORTANT NOTICE

We are aware that in certain countries the local government may regulate or prohibit the use of satellite communications devices or connected services. In accordance with the Bullitt Satellite Messenger Terms of Service, at all times it is the responsibility of the user of our service to ensure that they understand and comply with the laws of the country where they are located or where they intend to travel. In addition, we and our partners are bound by laws relating to trade sanctions and embargoes that mean we are prohibited from providing our service in certain countries.

The list below provides our current understanding of countries that i) may regulate or prohibit the use of a satellite communicator or ii) are on a list of countries which are subject to sanctions or embargoes determined by the US government:

Afghanistan, Crimea region of the Ukraine, Cuba, Georgia, India, Iran, North Korea, Myanmar, Sudan, Syria, Thailand, Vietnam, China, Russia

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT LOCAL LAWS AND THE LIST OF SANCTIONED OR EMBARGOED COUNTRIES MAY CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE AND WE TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY OF THE ABOVE LIST. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU REVIEW THE RESTRICTIONS FOR SATELLITE COMMUNICATORS FOR THE COUNTRY WHERE YOU ARE LOCATED OR INTEND TO TRAVEL TO BEFORE YOU USE OR ATTEMPT TO USE THE SERVICE.

Other limitations on service. Bullitt Satellite Messenger does not provide universal coverage and the ability to send and receive messages via the satellite network is not guaranteed at all times and in all places. Please also note that some aspects of the Bullitt Satellite Messenger service are provided by various communication devices and networks, including but not limited to satellites and their links to certain satellite ground stations, satellite antennas and supporting equipment. This means that the services may become limited or temporarily unavailable without notice from time to time. Please be aware that a satellite service is wireless and requires a clear line of sight toward the satellite. This means that the services will be subject to transmission and reception limitations, including those caused by: (i) your location, including conditions that obstruct the line of sight between you and the satellite communication systems; (ii) the condition of the satellite communication systems; (iii) the condition of your device; and (iv) weather conditions, atmospheric conditions, magnetic interference, environmental, and other conditions beyond our control or the control of our third-party service providers.

We do not own or control the satellite systems and interconnecting networks used to provide the Bullitt Satellite Messenger service and are not responsible for any service interruptions or interferences that are associated with those satellite systems or interconnecting networks. In some countries there is the potential for systems or hardware that could be in place that would cause satellite interference.
