Bullitt Satellite Messenger Free Trial of Premium Plan Offer for 2023 (the “Promotional Offer”)

This Promotional Offer is made available by Bullitt Satellite Connect Limited of One Valpy, Valpy Street, Reading, England, RG1 1AR (“We“, “Us“, “Our” or “Bullitt“). Bullitt is the creator and operator of the Bullitt Satellite Messenger service and app.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS CONTAIN CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PROMOTIONAL OFFER, HOW YOU SIGN UP, AND INFORMATION ON WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE PROMOTIONAL OFFER ENDS.

Promotional Offer

  1. The Promotional Offer is made available to eligible users by Bullitt subject to the Bullitt Satellite Messenger service and Bullitt Satellite Messenger app Terms of Use (“Bullitt Terms of Use“) and the applicable terms and conditions for Bullitt Satellite Messenger Essential Plan or Upgraded Plan that you choose. Capitalized terms used and not defined in these terms have the meanings assigned to them in the Bullitt Terms of Use.
  2. The Promotional Offer is made available in connection with a form of Service Package (as defined in the Bullitt Terms of Use), specifically the Bullitt Satellite Messenger Premium Plan. The Promotional Offer cannot be redeemed against any other Service Package.
  3. The Promotional Offer provides services under a subscription to the Essential Plan:
  4. For zero cost, for an initial trial period beginning on the date that you confirm your acceptance of the Promotional Offer by signing up for the plan ending on the 30 September 2023 (the “Free Trial Period“); and 
  5. Unless cancelled, continuing after the Free Trial Period is the included yearly cost for the remaining 12 calendar months of the Plan Period, subject to the terms of the Essential Plan.
  6. You are entitled to cancel your subscription to the Premium Plan at any time during the Free Trial Period, and if you choose to cancel during the Premium Trial Period your service under the Essential Plan shall begin from 1st October 2023. To cancel your subscription to the Essential Plan during the Free Trial Period, you must log into your Bullitt account and follow the prompts on the Account page.
  7. At the end of the Plan Period, unless you have cancelled the Essential Plan, your subscription will automatically renew for recurring one calendar month periods (each a “Renewal Period”). You must give us notice of cancellation before the start of the Renewal Period if you do not want your subscription to the Essential Plan to automatically renew.
  8. By submitting your payment details, you: 

confirm your acceptance of the Promotional Offer; 

  1. accept and agree to the terms of the Promotional Offer as set out here, including the relevant terms and conditions corresponding to the Essential Plan; and 
  2. acknowledge and agree to the Bullitt Terms of Use and the terms of the Essential Plan. 

Eligibility for the Promotional Offer

In order to be eligible for the Promotional Offer, you must:

  1. Purchase a brand new motorola defy satellite link (each a “Qualifying Product”) and activating the product on or before September 30, 2023
  2. Be an individual aged 18 or older and a resident of the United States of America where the Bullitt Satellite Messenger service is activated. Retailers, distributors, resellers and any person who purchases a Qualifying Product for resale, or otherwise not as the end user of the Qualifying Product, may not participate in the Promotional Offer.

If you return or cancel the delivery of a Qualifying Product before claiming the Promotional Offer, you will not be eligible for the Promotional Offer. If you return or cancel the delivery of a Qualifying Product after claiming the Promotional Offer, you will immediately become ineligible for the Promotional Offer and Bullitt reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to either terminate your subscription to the Essential Plan with immediate effect.

Privacy

The information which We collect under any Promotional Offer will be processed and used in accordance with Our Privacy Policy. 

General

  1. The Promotional Offer is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Bullitt may substitute an offer of equal or greater value for the Promotional Offer.
  2. Bullitt shall not be liable for any interruption to the Promotional Offer whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond its control.
  3. Bullitt reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all applicable law, to vary the terms of the Promotional Offer, or withdraw the Promotional Offer, at any time.
